Old Hollywood was a big umbrella, every studio unique to itself. Universal Monster, MGM- Musicals, Desilu -iconic films RKO-then Desilu TV. The television transition in the 60s is fascinating. MGM went war heavy, I love movie wars. The Munsters was perfect for Universal. The Columbia Ranch -Westerns to top T.V series…Bewitched, Dennis the Menace, The Partridge Family, Fantasy Island. I sometimes feel I’m the only person on this lifeboat. Backlot history disappeared before my very eyes. It’s all Gone With the Wind. I’m honored to carry this torch, I lived them all Cynthia, climb into my raft, I see land ahead!!!!
